After the entering into force of the Treaty of Lisbon European Law gains even more importance. More than 70 % of all German laws relevant for trade and commerce are influenced by legislation made in Brussels. Be it corporate or tax law, trade marks, copyrights or competition law - European regulations and directives need to be observed in order to achieve correct results.
